Skills and experience of an Assistant Manager:

- Basic knowledge of FS and H&S.
- Some exposure to fresh food kitchen operations..
- Willing to learn and develop their knowledge around financials.
- You don't have to be an eco-warrior but an interest in keeping the planet clean is essential.
