About the Role:

As a Commercial Lead Coordinator, you'll play a key role in driving new commercial business, developing relationships, and supporting our team in delivering excellent service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identifying and engaging new commercial clients through a variety of outbound strategies.
  • Sales Support: Assisting the team with client onboarding, follow-up activities, and preparing presentations.
  • Client Interaction: Building strong relationships with prospects via phone and face-to-face interactions at events and shows.
  • Marketing Coordination: Managing targeted campaigns to introduce a full range of insurance products.
  • CRM Management: Maintaining and utilising the CRM database to track activities, tasks, and opportunities.
  • Strategy Support: Contributing to the agency’s growth strategy within the commercial insurance sector.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in new business development and sales, with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Is comfortable working in a regulated environment and understands the importance of customer-centric service.
  • Possesses excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and resilient attitude.
  • Has strong IT literacy, including social media and CRM tools.
  • Holds a minimum of Grade C (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English.
