As part of their growth strategy, they are expanding their corporate sales team and seeking an experienced and driven Head of Corporate Sales Ops to lead our efforts in acquiring and managing key corporate clients.Head of Corporate Sales Ops Role Overview:The Head of Corporate Sales Ops will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the corporate sector. You will lead a team of sales professionals, manage high-value accounts, and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers to position their products and services as solutions of choice.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve corporate sales targets and expand our market share.* Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of prospective corporate clients.* Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.* Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to tailor solutions that meet client needs.* Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies as needed.* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.* Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with corporate clients.Head of Corporate Sales Ops Qualifications and Experience:* Proven experience as Head of Corporate Sales, or in a senior sales leadership role ideally within a retail or FMCG business. .* Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a corporate sales environment.* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.* Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market data and adapt strategies accordingly.* Strong business acumen and understanding of the corporate sales landscape.* Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.* Relevant degree or professional qualification in sales, business, or related field is preferred.Benefits include bonus, pension, car allowance, health care, life assurance, 28 days holiday + bank holidays, and much more.
