- Creating and maintaining project programmes
- Manage programming, day to day running, life cycle of the scheme
- Material take off and procurement
- Budget management
- Contractor management
- Responsible for all CDM responsibilities on site
- Dealing with mid project variations, including costing and quotation
- Coordinate work of subcontractors for various phases
- Liaise and chair meetings with site staff and clients
- Carrying out Risk Assessment and Method Statements
- Implement & ensure all works carried out are accordance with all HS&E and the site Health Safety and Environmental Plans
- Previous experience within fit out/refurbishment
- IT skills, experience using Microsoft
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work
- Proven CDM Management
- Full UK Driving License
