TSR Legal is currently recruiting for a Senior Conveyancer on behalf of our client in Taunton, who are seeking to expand their Conveyancing team that specializes in Islamic Finance work.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload, which includes acting for several bank clients in purchases and refinance transactions. You should possess in-depth knowledge of conveyancing, and ideally, a good understanding or interest in Islamic Finance.
Your responsibilities will include managing matters throughout their lifecycle, overseeing tasks such as reviewing key documentation, managing completion, and resolving client due diligence issues. You will drive each transaction forward, understanding client-specific requirements and the intricacies of their instructions. Collaboration with unit leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders is essential to ensure a smooth transaction process. Additionally, you will work closely with the team, including assistant-level resources, to guarantee first-class service and compliance in all matters.
