Training Facilitator - Taunton / Hybrid - Part time 25-30 hours £25-30k DOE

Do you enjoy organising and delivering training courses to a diverse pool of workers? And would you like to work in a sector which really benefits society? This could be just the role for you…

Well Placed HR has been assigned once again by a repeat client, a business operating in the care sector with a very motivated and friendly team who really love what they do. The role they are looking to fill is that of a Training Facilitator who will play a key role in the management and delivery of training across a variety of sites, but with your head office site to be based in Taunton, with hybrid working arrangements on offer also.

This role carries a diverse set of responsibilities to include designing, enhancing and managing training and development programs, delivering training both face to face and online, preparing training documents and materials, and devising individual learning plans for specific employees. You will also manage relationships with apprenticeship providers and external training providers, provide reports to management on the effectiveness of training programmes, as well as monitoring and appraising the progress of trainees through close liaison with line management.

This role would suit an applicant with a strong background in the learning and development field, the analytical skills to identify training needs and development gaps, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build strong working relationships. A CIPD Level 5 or similar teaching qualification would be highly beneficial, as would previous knowledge or an interest in the healthcare sector.

In this role you will split your time predominantly between home and the Taunton head office, but with occasional travel to a variety of other sites in the South West, so you will need to have your own transport. This role is part time up to 30 hours and a minimum of 22.5 to be worked around your other commitments.

If this sounds like the type of opportunity that you’ve been waiting for, then I’d love to hear from you. Please apply addressed to Carly Kellow quoting job reference CK10274.
