This role is ideal for an experienced Audit Senior looking to step up or an established Audit Assistant Manager seeking a fresh challenge in a firm that values expertise and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and support
  • Managing client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the audit process
  • Reviewing audit work and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues, providing solutions to clients where necessary
  • Supporting business development activities and contributing to the firm’s growth
Skills & Experience:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong audit experience, ideally within a managerial or supervisory capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop junior team members
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail
