This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, driven and talented HR assistant to join an established legal services organisation and continue to develop the current HR practices and processes.You will be a point of contact for all HR related queries, working closely with the Company Partners and the Heads of all departments. The successful candidate will:• Work closely with all staff and stakeholders to provide proactive and effective HR guidance that is legally compliant.• Look at all employee relations matters following company guidelines and processes. • Be responsible for HR administration, completed to an exceptional standard.• Aid the recruitment process for all new starters and work closely with managers to find the ideal candidates.• Absence monitoring and management.• Liaise with department managers to resolve performance related issues.• Maintain policy and services currently in place with the ability to review and update as required.• Create new policies when appropriate.• Lead all colleague recognition, reward and engagement initiatives.Essential:

• Previous law firm or professional services experience in a HR department • Confident in making own decisions, and working autonomously.• Strong employment law knowledge.• Experience of coaching and development.• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.• Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality.• Excellent organisation, communication and influencing skills• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the businessIf you have the matched skills and qualifications our client is looking for, please apply within or send your CV directly to
