A Grounds Maintenance Operative is needed for a leading council in the TA21 region on a temporary basis.
The role involves general grounds maintenance tasks such as grass cutting, hedge cutting, shrub pruning, weed removal, litter picking, bin emptying, and vegetation clearance.
Candidates must have a full UK driving licence and at least 1 year of grounds maintenance experience, along with the ability to work in all weather conditions.
The pay rate for this position is £13.05 per hour, paid weekly, with hours varying from 37 to 40 per week depending on the month.
The role is set to start ASAP and will last until the end of March 2025, with the possibility of extension.

Grounds Maintenance Operative required for a leading council in the TA21 region on a temporary basis.

This role will be to carry out general ground's maintenance: grass cutting, hedge cutting, shrub pruning,weed removal, litter picking, bin emptying and vegetation clearance.

Essential Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence
Minimum 1 year grounds maintenance experience
Experience of using grass cutting / hedge cutting equipment
Comfortable working in all weathers
Physically fit to carry out manual tasks / labouring
Must pass a DBS

Pay Rate: 13.05 p/h paid weekly, Umbrella.
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: January & February 37 hours a week: 7:30am - 15:30hrs
March 40 hours a week: 7am -16:30hrs
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: until end of March 2025 with potential of being extended.
