This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, driven and talented HR professional to join an established legal services organisation and continue to develop the current HR practices and processes.You will be the first point of contact for all HR related queries, working closely with the Company Partners and the Heads of all departments in Taunton. The successful candidate will:• Work closely with all staff and stakeholders to provide proactive and effective HR guidance that is legally compliant.• Lead all employee relations matters following company guidelines and processes. This includes leading investigations, disciplinaries and grievances by providing advice throughout and supporting & note taking during the meetings.• Be responsible for all HR administration, completed to an exceptional standard.• Manage the recruitment process for all new starters and work closely with managers to find the ideal candidates.• Create and deliver the onboarding and induction process for new starters.• Absence monitoring and management.• Liaise with department managers to resolve performance related issues.• Maintain policy and services currently in place with the ability to review and update as required.• Create new policies when appropriate.• Ability to analyse company data and provide recommendations to improve or amend processes.• Coach line managers to improve upon people management skills.• Lead all colleague recognition, reward and engagement initiatives.Essential:• CIPD Qualified Level 5 Minimum
