What will you do?
- Progress property transactions from inception to completion
- Create and collate documentation
- Prepare reports for clients
- Billing
- Train and supervise junior members of your unit
- Maintain an excellent relationship with existing clients
- Providing excellent after sales assistance to developer clients
What will you need?
- Being qualified is not an essential requirement for this role
- You should have at least 2 years conveyancing experience, ideally to include plot sales/new homes experience
- You could be a qualified solicitor or legal executive, or perhaps a part qualified legal executive, or entirely unqualified with plenty of experience
