Looking for an additional site manager for a large commercial project near Taunton. The project is 40+ million and is a new public sector building for the area. The building is a new wing for a hospital ward and due to a busy period of time, the contractor are looking to add a new site manager to the fold.
The site manager must have experience in both internals and external works and ideally have some tier 1 experience as the project is being carried out by a tier 1 contractor. SMSTS, CSCS + First aid is a minimum (CSCS card must be black or gold)
The pay mechanisms for this project are PAYE OR umbrella and the role will be long term.
