Location: Taunton

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000

An opportunity has opened for a Production Manager to join a manufacturing company based in Taunton. The ideal candidate will have a background within manufacturing and engineering and will have experience working as Manufacturing Lead / Manager or Production Lead / Manager.

What theyre looking for:

• Background within Manufacturing or Engineering
• Any Electronics manufacturing skills would be a bonus
• Management and leadership experience
• Planning and process experience
• Knowledge of quality control
• Proven experience of driving continuous improvement
• Documentation experience

Production Manager Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the manufacturing team and the production processes
• Ensuring the department are meeting deadlines
• Driving continuous improvement
• Maintain quality standards
• Keep to H&S standards
• Maintaining and writing any documentation required
