Description
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for;
- Manage and coordinate logistics and transport operations within the company.
- Arrange and oversee deliveries to both domestic and international locations.
- Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including the tracking of goods and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle any logistical issues that may arise, providing swift and efficient solutions.
- Comply with all relevant legal and company policies related to logistics and transport.
- Continuously strive to improve logistical processes within the company.
- Support the Logistics department in any additional tasks as required.
- Monday to Friday role with a 12pm finish on Friday.
Profile
A successful Logistics Coordinator should have:
- Relevant education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
- An ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An understanding of the life science industry.
Job Offer
- A salary of between £22,500 and £27,500 per annum.
- 25 days holiday leave plus bank holidays.
