Our client is looking to recruit a Temporary SDR Processor (Hybrid) for their fantastic organisation in Taunton.
You must live within a commutable distance to Taunton, however they do offer hybrid working with 1 day (Wednesday) in the office. PLEASE NOTE FIRST 2 WEEKS ARE OFFICE BASED FOR TRAINING. This is a full time role initially for 3 months, paying GBP13.68ph.
This position is to backfill a promotion and is to cover whilst they recruit, it could give a good opportunity to join this fantastic organisation. Full training will be given.
Role Purpose
To assist in the ordering, receipting, indexing, cataloguing, distributing and archiving numerical data within Source Data Receipt (SDR).
Main Tasks
Registering, scanning, & recording in the workflow log all Source Data
Ensuring all Source Data is formatted suitably for upload into SDR.
Processing correspondence, sheets, books and charts through to verification stage in SDRA. Accurately linking all related incoming source data to the correct documents in the Source Data Document (SDD) layer
Ordering and recording Charts, monitoring the charts and publication announcement database.
Health and Safety representative; monthly area checks
This role is in a busy high volume setting and so the ability to work to tight deadlines is essential. Our client would like to see CV's that can demonstrate strong attention to data and the ability to problem solve, alongside good IT / numerical skills. Full training will be given on all the systems such as Adobe, photoshop and GIS. An interest in Geography would be a bonus but not essential.
This is a temporary job to start within 2 weeks of being offered and due to the nature of the business you must be happy with secuirity checks including a DBS.
