Description
The Head of Residential Property Director's responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the Residential Property team.
- Developing and implementing strategic growth plans for the department.
- Ensuring the delivery of top-quality service to clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Profile
The successful Head of Residential Property Director should have at least 5+ years PQE and have experience in:
- Leaseholds and freeholds.
- New builds.
- Unregistered land.
- Help to Buy.
- Equity release.
- Transfers of equity.
