Our client is a well-established, Legal 500 Law Firm with multiple offices across the South West of England. This role will be based in Yeovil or Taunton.

Description

The Head of Residential Property Director's responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the Residential Property team.
  • Developing and implementing strategic growth plans for the department.
  • Ensuring the delivery of top-quality service to clients.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Profile

The successful Head of Residential Property Director should have at least 5+ years PQE and have experience in:

  • Leaseholds and freeholds.
  • New builds.
  • Unregistered land.
  • Help to Buy.
  • Equity release.
  • Transfers of equity.
