We are seeking an Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent. This position is ideal for someone who excels in office administration and is looking for an opportunity to demonstrate their skills in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Perform general office administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and routing messages as necessary.
  • Maintain and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Support team by performing tasks related to organisation and strong communication.
  • Ensure the effective management of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail.
