What's involved in this Restaurant Manager role

To maintain and improve standards of service and develop the procedures within the Food service operation areas whilst training and developing the team.

To work to a fine dining standard within this prestigious group, which should apply to all food & beverage operations, and to ensure that these standards are continuously maintained.

What's required?

Previous experience with a 4/5* Hotel
Resilient, creativity, able multitask and can work under pressure
Ability to lead and develop their team
Able to deliver exceptional customer experiences all the time
