Operations Administrator

Our fantastic client based in lovely offices in Teddington are looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team on a full time basis.

The role will involve:

  • Maintaining a professional attitude, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Processing bookings via a portal, liaising with suppliers where necessary.
  • Assisting with maintaining supplier contracts.
  • Assisting with managing operational suppliers, ensuring all invoiced are processed accurately and customer concerns are investigated in the expected timeframe.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have extensive administration experience
  • Have the ability to deliver high levels of customer service and client satisfaction whilst managing client expectation.
  • Have the ability to interpret, extract, manipulate and analyse data accurately using Excel, identifying issues and suggesting potential solutions.
  • Be highly proficient in MS Office applications with the confidence and ability to learn new systems and technology when required.
  • Be enthusiastic, tenacious and hardworking.
