Supervisor (Temp to Perm)
Location: RHPRHP Homes, WaldegraveWaldegrave Road, Teddington
Teddington Salary:

  • 28.52 Umbrella PAYE

PAYEContract: ASAP until the end of April 2025 with a view to go permanent, depending on performance.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am 8am- 5pm 5pmwith a 1-hour lunch break. No overtime.



About the Role:

RHP RHPHomes is seeking a proactive and experienced Supervisor to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. Based at our offices in Teddington,Teddington you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 15 operatives, overseeing their performance, timesheets,timesheets and adherence to health and safety procedures. The role involves a split between site-based and office-based tasks, and you'll be expected to take a hands-on approach to leadership and problem-solving.

As a Supervisor, you will be a key point of contact for HR issues, repairs management, fleet operations, and IT systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career with a view to a permanent position.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of around 15 operatives.
  • Track individual performance and manage timesheets.timesheets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Manage IT systems and provide operational support.
  • Oversee fleet management and ensure efficient operations.
  • Address HR-related matters as they arise.
  • Monitor and support repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure effective people management and staff engagement.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Essential:

    • SSSTS SSSTS(Site Supervisors' Supervisors'Safety Training Scheme)
    • First Aid Certification
    • Proven experience in team supervision and people management.
    • Strong understanding of Health and Safety procedures.
    • Ability to manage fleet and repair operations.
    • Familiarity with IT systems and tracking performance.
  • Desirable:

    • Previous experience in a similar role within housing or construction.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
