A highly respected and successful Chartered Financial Planning practice trading for over 30 years and are based in South West London. They require an Operations Manager to join the management team. Reporting directly to the Partners, the successful candidate will be accountable for the development of the operational aspects of the business required to deliver the company’s continued growth plans.

The job is to engage with all aspects of the business from Front Office and Investment Services through IT and third party service providers to legal, compliance, marketing and HR. They will also have responsibility for the design and maintenance of processes and systems to drive continuous efficiency improvements and ensure clients receive an outstanding experience.

As the world of financial services develops it will be important that maximum use is made of developments in IT to enable all team members to meet their deliverables with the minimum of human input.

The successful candidate is anticipated to be someone with an enquiring mind who is familiar with the challenges faced by growing businesses. Relevant financial services experience is essential, as are; aptitude and the ability to make a positive difference.

  • Demonstrable leadership and change management skills
  • A solutions creator and problem solver
  • The ability to engage positively with all stakeholders, both internal and external

The position could be part-time or full-time. Scope to work flexibly from home but mainly office based.
