Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors, maintaining a professional and polished demeanour.
- Deliver top-tier customer service, ensuring all interactions are handled with care and efficiency.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the development, including reception duties, phone and email correspondence, and security patrols.
- Conduct daily lift alarm checks and monitor access-control, CCTV, and security systems.
- Manage key and Key-FOB security, as well as health & safety and fire regulations.
- Handle deliveries, mail, and parcel storage with precision.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of communal areas, including waste and recycling management.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs, ensuring all equipment functions optimally.
- Support the Property Manager by addressing urgent queries, coordinating site services, and maintaining clear communication logs.
- Respond promptly to emergency alarms and be prepared to attend the site outside working hours if necessary.
