- To act as the first point of call for visitors to the branch, and branch telephone enquiries
- To work closely with consultants in branch, to understand current temporary Built Environment sector vacancies, and client requirements
- To source, register and reference check suitable candidates for client assignments
- To ensure that there is always an available talent pool of candidates
- To ensure that all candidates fully comply with all Meridian and REC compliance procedures; ensuring that all documentation is received and stored in accordance with company guidelines
- To ensure the CRM is always kept up to date, ensuring candidate records remain current and all activity is recorded.
- To ensure all payroll is completed on a weekly basis, in a timely and effective manner in line with company procedure
- Ad-hoc administration duties as required by the team including Right to Work and compliance
- Adhere to the branch compliance procedures and ensure payroll is processed correctly
- Ensure that references are obtained on all candidates to ensure accuracy of work history.
