Are you a skilled Gas Service & Repairs Engineer looking for a permanent opportunity in the private housing sector covering the KT and TW area? If you are passionate about ensuring the safety and comfort of residents and have expertise in gas systems, we invite you to join our network as a permanent Gas Service & Repair Engineer focused on private housing.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Repairing leaks in copper and plastic pipework, and waste pipes
  • Installing and repairing radiators
  • Managing hot and cold water systems
  • Working with unvented hot water systems
  • Performing 1st and 2nd fix installations for kitchens, bathrooms, and heating systems
  • Conducting power flushing
  • Handling boiler breakdowns, installations, and servicing
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license (up to 3 points acceptable)
  • ACS qualifications
  • Unvented G3 qualification (desirable)
  • CSCS Skilled Trade Card (desirable)
  • Asbestos awareness certification
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working independently
  • Own hand tools
  • Valid DBS certificate
  • Two references from previous employers

Working Hours:
  • 45 hours per week
  • 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (plus call-out rota)
