Our clients, a market-leading agency in Teddington, are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Manager to join their busy team.
The ideal candidate must have experience in property management and be fully aware of current lettings legislation.
Candidates should possess extraordinary customer service and troubleshooting skills, and must be well-presented and mannered.
A valid driver's license and the ability to live within a 30-minute drive are required.
The position offers an attractive salary package along with a car allowance, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

Job Description:

Experience in property management. Must be fully aware of current Lettings legislation and experienced in all aspects of Property management and the lettings process. Must have legislation knowledge, be well presented/ mannered, extraordinary customer service and troubleshooting skills.

Must have car and live within 30 minutes drive.
