Assistant Service Manager - Social Care

The Role:

As an Assistant Service Manager, you will play a key role in the leadership and management of the service, ensuring high-quality care that empowers individuals to live fulfilling lives. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will:

? Ensure compliance with safeguarding legislation, CQC regulations, and best practice.? Support individuals with health, well-being, and social needs, promoting independence.? Lead and motivate staff, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.? Manage budgets effectively, including staffing and financial performance.? Act as a key point of contact for families, professionals, and external partners.? Step into the Service Manager role when required.

What We're Looking For:

? Experience leading teams in social care (essential).? Knowledge of sector regulations and CQC standards (essential).? A positive and proactive approach to leadership.? Strong communication and relationship-building skills.? A Level 4 RQF Diploma in Adult Care (desirable) - or a willingness to work towards it.? A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle (highly desirable).
