What We're Looking For:? Experience leading teams in social care (essential).? Knowledge of sector regulations and CQC standards (essential).? A positive and proactive approach to leadership.? Strong communication and relationship-building skills.? A Level 4 RQF Diploma in Adult Care (desirable) - or a willingness to work towards it.? A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle (highly desirable).
