We are seeking a HR business partner to join a Local Authority on a FTC contract until 31st March 2025. This role is offering great flexibility and hybrid working.

HR Business Partner
Salary: £33,024 - £43,421 depending on experience and qualifications

HR Business Partner responsibilities:

  • To work as a professional HR Business Partner to all functions of the Council including Academies, Schools and external customers.
  • To strategically support the business to achieve successful outcomes and to work collaboratively with all levels of management to achieve transformational goals.
  • Partnering with service areas to ensure that effective performance management takes place throughout the organisation, driving forward key organisational goals.
  • Responsible for the provision of professional, specialist, consistent and proactive HR advice, guidance and coaching in line with the organisations policy and procedural frameworks and legislation.

HR Business Partner requirements:

  • Level 5 - 7 CIPD Qualified
  • Experience in partnering with key stake holders, employee relations, changed management, policy development and local government terms and conditions
