Location: Teignmouth

Salary: £27,000-£29,000 DOE

Hours: 40 hours, including 1 weekend day and 1 evening per week

The Company: Our client is a local company at the heart of the community who are seeking an experience store manager to join their team and hit the ground running.

The Role: As a Store Manager you play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, day to running of the store. Overseeing stock management and store standards as well as making commercial decisions and driving sales to achieve KPI measured targets. You will also be responsible for managing a small friendly steam, overseeing staff rotas, training and recruitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficient day to day operational running of the store
  • Stock management and control
  • Providing exceptional customer service and point of contact for any enquires
  • Understand and achieve KPI set targets
  • Confidently manage a team, overseeing rotas and recruitment

Your Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience in retail management, ideally within food industry
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management ability
  • Able to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience working in a sales driven/KPI measured industry
  • A positive and driven attitude!
