Our client, a prominent player in the Telecoms industry, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join their finance team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the billing process, contributing to the overall financial health and smooth operation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the billing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client queries promptly.

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing workflows.

- Generate detailed reports and provide data analysis using Excel at an advanced level.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and address any billing concerns.

About You

- 4 to 5 years minimum experience in a similar Billings Analyst position.

- Previous experience using Netsuite, Salesforce or similar is desirable but not essential.

- A solid understanding of the end-to-end billing process and associated best practices.

- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.

- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.

- Strong communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
