A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join a growing manufacturing business in Telford. This role is ideal for a newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) looking to take their first step into a commercial finance role. You will play a key part in business performance analysis, financial reporting, and decision support, working closely with operational teams to drive profitability and efficiency.

A core part of this role involves manipulating large data sets using Power BI to deliver meaningful insights. You will work alongside key stakeholders to provide financial clarity and strategic recommendations, ensuring the business makes data-driven decisions.
