About Us

We are a diverse business group with activities from manufacture, B2B and B2C sales, installation and aftersales. Our entrepreneurial spirit drives us to expand through strategic acquisitions, and organic growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly management accounts and key performance indicators for all group businesses.
  • Oversee cash flow planning, stocking finance, and audit acting as primary external audit liaison.
  • Partner with operational leaders to enhance decision-making and financial outcomes, and lead budgeting.
  • Drive system, process, and control improvements to support future growth.
  • VAT, CIS and other regulatory reporting as required.
  • Ensure full balance sheet reconciliations monthly for all companies.
  • Quarterly high-level reforecasting
  • Support projects such as acquisitions, investments, and expansions.

Your Profile

We are seeking a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with at least five years of relevant experience. You should be a confident leader, an effective communicator, and a proactive problem-solver. Previous experience in managing audits, cash, working with finance houses, and delivering process improvements is essential.

What We Offer:

  • Flexibility to balance work and personal commitments once trust is established.
  • A culture that values contribution (through a generous bonus scheme) and supports career development with a strong track record of promoting internally.
  • The opportunity to influence the growth trajectory of a vibrant organization.
