Location: Telford
Hours: 4 on days, 4 off, 4 on nights
Pay: £14.07 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a Skilled Machine Operator to join our client and operate high-speed manufacturing equipment. Your role will ensure production runs efficiently while meeting strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to health, safety, and quality protocols
- Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to optimize production
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to maintain machine efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of production and downtime
- Conduct pre-use checks and ensure products meet quality standards
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail with a commitment to safety protocols
- Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills
