  • Plan and conduct user research using various methodologies (interviews, usability testing, surveys, ethnographic research)
  • Analyse and synthesize research findings into actionable insights
  • Present research findings to stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to implement research insights
  • Advocate for user-centered design practices across the organization
  • Demonstrated experience working on public sector projects
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Excellence in research planning, execution, and analysis
