As an Account Executive, you play a crucial role in ensuring key customers are managed and after-cared effectively. You will be committed to delivering an exceptional level of Customer Service to optimise customer retention and offer reliable and consistent support to the wider Sales and Marketing team in all areas of Key Account Management.

The Role:

A medium-sized team sitting in their easily accessible Telford Head Office, you will work collaboratively alongside your colleagues within Customer Service, Sales and Marketing to ensure a smooth service delivery for a portfolio of Customers. The business is led by a highly experienced and supportive Senior Leadership Team who orchestrate a cohesive and harmonious working environment in a people focused culture.

  • Managing incoming phone and email enquiries, booking appointments for Business customers.
  • Recognising and exploring additional business development opportunities
  • Management of Site visits
  • Day-to-day sales administration duties
  • Complaint / query management

About You:

  • You will be an experienced Customer Service professional or Graduate who is confident in telephone-based customer facing environments
  • An outstanding communicator who builds rapport with stakeholders and customers alike.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong work ethic, always focussing on continuous improvement.
