We're working with a leading national housebuilder delivering a high-volume residential development in Telford and looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join the team on site.
About the Role:You'll be responsible for overseeing the internal works of 2 plots per week, managing progress from plaster stage through to final finish. Working closely with the Site Manager and subcontractors, you'll ensure high standards are maintained across quality, safety, and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of 2 plots per week from plaster to handover

Coordination of trades and subcontractors

Ensuring quality control and snag-free finishes
-
Maintaining H&S standards and compliance on site

Supporting progress reporting and client communication
What We're Looking For:
-
Previous experience with a Tier 1 housebuilder (preferred)

Strong understanding of internal fit-out processes
-
Excellent eye for detail and quality finishes
-
Ability to motivate teams and keep plots on schedule
