Exciting role on offer for a highly motivated quality and compliance professional looking to join a unique and successful modular construction company where you will work in the manufacturing facility for a range of interesting off-site construction projects within a close-knit team.

This company are an offsite modular construction company who pride themselves on the exceptional quality of all their modular buildings and projects from start to finish. They work in numerous sectors including Residential, Commercial and Healthcare. They provide a turnkey service from initial design through to final installation, and are experiencing extremely high growth. Due to this, they are looking for a keen quality and compliance professional to join the team in the manufacturing facility to support the future successes of the business.

In this role you will be based in the factory in Telford, you will take full ownership for the quality and compliance within the facility. This will include quality insurance management, regulatory compliance, supplier quality management, training and development, and continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate will have relevant modular/manufacturing/construction experience. You will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading a small, highly motivated team.

The Role:

• Quality and Compliance Lead
• Quality assurance management in line with the QMS and ISO9001 standards
• Establish and maintain quality standards for suppliers
• Lead a small & highly motivated team
• Based in the manufacturing facility in Telford

The Person:

• Experience working within quality and compliance in modular/construction/manufacturing
• ISO9001 Lead Auditor Qualification (or equivalent)
• Keen eye for detail
• Commutable distance from Telford
