We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a growing business in Telford. This is an office-based role with a salary of £27,000, offering excellent benefits and the chance to become an integral part of the finance team. Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining the credit control function for the business
• Chasing overdue debts through various communication methods
• Handling debtor insurance, including processing and liaising with insurers
• Processing supplier invoices and assisting with the sales ledger invoicing
• Reconciling supplier payments and preparing payment batches

What Experience is Required?

• Previous experience in credit control or a similar financial role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero and MS Office Suite

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £27,000 per annum
• Full-time, permanent position

Location

The office is based in Telford and is easily commutable from towns such as Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Wrekin, and Newport. The role is based in a rural location, so a driving licence and own transport are essential.
