Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively contacting clients to ensure prompt payment and resolving overdue accounts and queries
- Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Preparing regular reports and updates for senior management.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in credit control or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Good IT skills, including Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective client relationships.
