Staffline have a great opportunity to work as a Customer Experience Team Member for a leading supply chain company based in Coleshill, Hams Hall, B46 area
The rate of pay is £25,200 - £26000 per annum
Rota shifts:
Week 1 - 7.00am - 15.30pm
Week 2 - 7.30am - 16.00pm
Week 3 - 8.00am - 16.30pm
Week 4 - 8.30am - 5.00pm
Week 5 - 9.00am - 5.30pm
Week 6 - 9.30am - 6.pm

Own transport will be required

Your Time at Work
To manage and handle customer service queries via various of communication channels, for a number of contracts within the drinks industry.
Identify and implement long term solutions to customer issues
Answer inbound phone calls to ensure the department achieves the target performance
Liaise with key contacts across the network to resolve customer queries
Provide timely updates to customers in a professional and helpful manner
Represent Tradeteam in demonstrating excellent standards of customer service
Support the network as required to ensure customers are clearly communicated to

- Ability to ensure timely completion of tasks and prioritise effectively.

Key Information and Benefits
- Managing customer service queries in line with agreed processes/SOP's
- Log and respond to service ticket queries within the agreed SLA to include ownership and prioritisation of own workload
- Recognise and escalate appropriately to ensure a timely resolution and that customer needs are met
- Work to support the department in achieving the inbound call SLA
- Contribute to a safe working environment for self and colleagues, highlighting concerns
- Responsibility for supporting a positive working environment, offering support to colleagues and working proactively as part of a team
- As required, identify and report any customer, depot or team issues to the management team making recommendations for any improvements
