As a Care Home Manager, you will:



  • Ensure the well-being of residents by meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor your team while providing clinical guidance and training.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
  • Monitor work areas to ensure safety and compliance with policies and legislation.
  • Promote residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
  • Conduct quality assurance monitoring to exceed regulatory standards.

The ideal Care Home Manager will have:



  • Experience as a Registered Nurse with a current PIN on the NMC register.
  • A Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 4/5, or willingness to study for one.
  • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience conducting risk assessments.
  • A kind and considerate approach to communication with residents and colleagues.
