Days and nights, 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am. 10% shift allowance on nights.
As an Extrusion Operator, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion machinery to produce high-quality products in a fast paced environment.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- ensuring that the extrusion machines are run and monitored in line with company manufacturing
- improve the efficiency of the extrusion section and actively work to reduce scrap
- set and operate all extruder and ancillary equipment
- continuously monitor the quality of the material produced
- accurate record keeping
- ability to work well within a team
- maintain quality and safety standards
Suitable candidates must have previous manufacturing experience. The role will involve heavy lifting.
