Salary Circa £60,000 + quarterly bonus

We are working with a manufacturing business in Telford who are looking to appoint a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. The role will be number 2 finance in the business reporting into the Finance Director. Initially, there will be 1 direct report but this may grow in time as the team grows. The Finance Manager will efficiently oversee financial management and contribute to the businesss overall strategic objectives.

Duties could include, but wont be exclusive to:

Financial Accounting and Reporting:

• Preparation of Financial Statements
• Compliance with Standards
• Year-End Close Process
• Bank Reconciliations

Management Accounting:

• Cost Accounting & Analysis
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Variance Analysis

Cash Flow Management:

• Cash Flow Forecasting
• Receivables & Payables - Oversee the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions

Financial Reporting to Management:

• KPIs and Performance reporting
• Management Reporting

Skills and Experience

Previous experience or working in a manufacturing type industry would be an advantage. The successful candidate will ideally be full or part-qualified.
