Salary: Starting Salary 18.50 per hourShift: Days: 8- 4.45 Mon - Thursday and 8 - 12.00 on a Friday plus overtime at an enhanced rate

Overview
Seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Assemble and fit mechanical components
- Conduct routine maintenance on mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of mechanical systems
- Assemble and fit mechanical components according to technical drawings
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment as needed
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proper functioning of mechanical systems
- Document and report any issues or maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Certification or diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or similar role
- Strong understanding of mechanical components and systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
