  • Attend meetings and take notes, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and actioned.
  • Handle all HR-related administration tasks, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Support the HR Manager and team in day-to-day departmental responsibilities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

What You Will Bring:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience within a confidential HR environment.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems, ideally SAGE HR.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
