This role comes with an hourly pay rate of £13.50 per hour, and the working hours are day shifts Monday to Friday (lunchtime finish on a Friday) - 39 hours per week.

As a Powder Coater, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality of finish for the company's products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing surfaces by cleaning, blasting, or other methods to ensure optimal powder adhesion.
  • Applying powder coating to metal surfaces with precision, adhering to all quality and safety standards.
  • Operating powder coating equipment efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Inspecting finished products for coating thickness, colour, and finish consistency.
  • Maintaining and cleaning equipment to ensure operational excellence.
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
