EYFS Teaching Assistant

ABC Teachers are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 childcare qualification and prior experience in an EYFS setting to work at a primary school in the Madeley area of Telford, starting from January 2025.

The Role

This role will include:

• Working full time from 08:30-15:30.
• Collaborating with a team in the EYFS department of the school, with the potential for a permanent position.
• Initially being on a supply basis for the Spring Term until the Easter Holidays, with a chance to become permanent if they are the right fit.

This position is based at a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Madeley, Telford.

Requirements

To be considered for the EYFS Teaching Assistant position, you will:

• Have experience working with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework in a school or nursery and a strong understanding of it.
• Be a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated member of staff.
• Hold a Level 3 qualification in education or early years.
• Be able to provide references from relevant roles within the past two years.
• Be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
