Qualities you’ll need:
- Great with clients and able to nurture existing accounts and well as looking for growth
- Able to lead a small team and motivate them to achieve targets
- Excellent leadership skills with strong business acumen
- Ideally we would like to see applicants with experience within the health & social care sector but we will consider candidates that have a proven track record in managing an efficient recruitment service
- Strong IT skills and confident meeting and presenting to new healthcare clients
- Quality driven and customer focussed
Required:
- Any care management qualification like a Level 5 in Health & Social Care/Leadership & Management Award would be an advantage
- Ideally have previous care management experience
- Strong recrtuitment experience
- You must have a driving license and your own transport
The salary for this role is dependent on experience however it will be in the region of £40,000 basic + bonus potential; There is also a very lucrative benefits package available with the role.
