Job Advert: HR Advisor Telford (Permanent Contract)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a driven HR Advisor to join their friendly HR team in Telford.

Key Details:

  • Salary: £28,500 - £30,000 per annum
  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Flexible Working: Choose your start and finish time with an early finish every Friday
  • Benefits: Pension, over statutory holiday, and an end-of-year bonus

Role Overview: Reporting into the HR Director, you will be the main contact for managers and employees across three sites. You will also provide support in the absence of the HR Director and work closely to improve internal HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue HR-related paperwork
  • Support managers with various HR-related meetings
  • Manage long-term sickness cases and turnover statistics
  • Review and update HR policies in line with current legislation
  • Assist with high-level recruitment coordination
  • Run HR reports and relay findings to the HR Director
  • Handle employee relations, company culture values, and exit interviews
  • Act as the point of contact for maternity, paternity, and adoption requests
  • Assist HR Coordinator and Administrator as needed

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or at least 12 months of HR responsibility
  • A passion for improving HR practices and gaining exposure in a growing business
