Reed Talent Solutions are working with Fujitsu to appoint (4x) 1st Line support engineers to their offices in Telford.

Overview of role:

We are looking for 4 Service Desk Agents to join and expand the 1st line support team based within their offices in Telford.

Your role will be to provide first class customer service while problem solving and dealing with an array of queries and faults being raised by their customers.

You will be working on a busy and active service desk, answering phone calls, webchats and other forms of digital contacts, keeping to agreed SLA's and KPI's.

You will be supporting a key long-term partner as they go through a digital transformation with new and interesting services and technologies being constantly introduced as they continue to modernise and embrace new ways of working.

We are looking for candidates with working experience within customer service roles and an interest in the IT sector.

Highly Desirable Skills:

  • Educated to GCSE grade or equivalent
  • Passion on interest in IT
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • High degree of initiative and creativity

Key information:

Pay rate: £12 per hour

Shift patterns: 2 x people required for 10:30am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and 2 x people required for working hours between 7am and 5pm

Location: Telford (full time on site)

Contract: 12 months temporary

Start date: Role to start ASAP
