- Provide technical expertise in D365 and assist in troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with junior members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Liaise with the Service Desk Manager and other stakeholders as needed.
- Travel across various sites as required.
- Strong knowledge of D365 is essential.
- Experience with Sage and Salesforce is beneficial.
- Background in CE and legacy systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with .NET and architectural concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong integration skills
- MUST BE able to drive and travel every few weeks to UK based sites
